Hot Water Boilers

Hot water boilers are used in the building industry to provide heat for space heating and hot water supply. They are used in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Three Pass Steel boilers:

Which usually manufactured based on BS2790 standard in the range of 200,000 Kcal/hr up to 5,000,000 Kcal/hr with various working pressure or larger capacities based on customer request.

Some of their specifications are as follows:

  • Working pressure: 2 bar up to 24 bar
  • Output water temp: 127oC (Max)
  • Efficiency: 85% of burner nominal capacity
  • Design standard: BS 2790
  • Test & inspection: Ultrasonic & Radiography & Hydrostatic Test
  • Burning Fuel: Natural gas / Light oil / Heavy fuel oil / or any combination of mentioned fuels

Reverse Flame Hot Water Boilers:

Regarding to our long term experience of manufacturing hot water boilers, considering customer requirements lead us to a new wet back type hot water boiler which is an improved design of old two pass boilers.

They are economically improved to provide enough hot water using smaller size of boilers.

Here you may find some of boilers specification:

  • Working pressure: 4 bar up to 10 bar
  • Capacities: 200,000 Kcal/hrup to 2,000,000 Kcal/hr
  • Output water temp:127oC (Max)
  • Welding type: SMAW & TIG
  • Efficiency: 85% of burner nominal capacity
  • Design code: BS 2790 /ISIRI 4231
  • Test & inspection: Ultrasonic & Radiography & Hydrostatic Test
